Driven by the firm belief that if we train our girls to become women with passion and drive, we will change our societies, Girls With Roots was formed. Over time, we have devoted our efforts to ensuring that our Caribbean girls develop into exemplary leaders of tomorrow. Equipped with the right resources and skills, Caribbean girls have the power to transform their lives, their communities and their countries.

Since 2014, we have been working to educate young Caribbean girls about the importance of education, self love and inspiring them to map out a future for themselves.

In early 2017, we redirected our focus and will focus on key areas that will work cohesivley to bring about a lasting change in our Caribbean region through girls.
